I Don’t Manage It Well When I Have It….
Having cash flow you can bank on is one of the most elusive concepts for a business owner. So you are in good company.
And yet, some people never seem to struggle with how to pay the bills.
This is because they confidently know how to generate the money they want to make AND when they are not on track they know when and how to make changes to get there.
That was a million dollar tip so I am going to repeat it “when they are not on track they know when and how to make changes to get there”.
This is what I call Dynamic Planning and doesn’t come without some learning. The good news is this is a skill and as such it can be learned.
Cash flow is not the balance in your bank account after you paid the bills.
Cash flow is not the amount that comes in each day, week, month.
Cash flow is the management of the money that is required for you to live the life that you desire both in your business and at home.
Now we all know that life happens right. There are always things that come along that we could not have anticipated. This is where we often get derailed. Here’s the truth – it’s a choice to stay living that way. Things don’t always turn out the way we envisioned or wanted and that is just life. So now what?
Now it’s time to learn a new skill and create some new results!
I find so often people are hesitant to get back up and create this picture again because somewhere along thy way they lost the belief that it was even possible for them to have the life they desire.
How do I know that is possible? I have done it more than once 🙂 It’s a process, it’s not a magic pill.
