7 Foundational Questions for Accelerated Growth

SummitSocialMediaGraphicWow I have been having so much fun interviewing this amazing panel of experts on our summit “21 Ways to Generate $10,000 OR MORE!”  This summit has truly pulled out all the stops with the valuable content that has been shared.  I personally have made lots of notes for myself with things my team and I will review.

One of the messages that keeps coming around to me over and over is that we get to create the business we desire and there are limitless ways in which to do it.

The how to’s are there.  The question is what is the right how to for you and when is the right time to implement it.  The answer of course is it depends.  It depends on you and the kind of business you want to build and the way you want to live your lifestyle!

Entrepreneurship is not for everyone AND if you have the bug it is truly a gift for you!

So once you have established that YES entrepreneurship is for you, and you have started down the path, then what happens for each of us is there are skills to learn and foundational building blocks that must be in place to build a sustainable business that will not only support your lifestyle today but will do so for a long time to come.

Whether you have been in business for a long time and are adding new verticals, or whether you are just getting started, there are some concrete step by step activities which will ensure you get to where you want to go.

How each one of us carries out the activities will definitely be unique to us AND taking the focused action is what matters.

Here are 7 foundational questions for accelerated growth:

Who are you as a business and as a business owner?

How will you get where  you are going?

Who are you called to serve?

How will you best serve your client?

Who do you need to become?

How will you grow with confidence?

What do you need to do and when?

These are questions we review every year for our company AND what we begin with every time we want to add a new service.   Knowing the answer to these questions is step one.  Quantifying them is step two.  This is where we come in!  Let us know how you make out answering these questions!  We are here to help you fully develop answers that will truly get you where you want to go!
